High Level Municipal Library Membership Information
Your library membership provides an entry to a world of facts, pleasure, and knowledge. The staff will be pleased to assist you in the location and use of library materials.
Membership Fees
| Adult $10.00 annually | Juvenile $5.00 annually | Senior $5.00 anually Family $25.00 annually |
| Temporary Residents | Local residents who cannot provide proof of address and P.O. box number will be asked to pay a deposit of $20.00 in addition to the regular fee. This deposit is refunded when the proper I.D. is presented and all outstanding accounts are cleared. |
| Loan Period | Members may borrow items for a 3 week period. Items which have not been requested by other library users may be renewed up to 2 times for a total of 9 weeks. DVDs/videos have a loan period of 1 week. |
| Overdue Penalties | Fines of $.25 per day for adult memberships and $.10 per day for children/juvenile memberships are charged on overdue materials. DVDs/videos are $1.00 per day in overdue charges. Use the book drop on the south corner of the building to return items when the library is closed. |
